1. Is your office currently open during normal business hours?

Yes. We are not physically meeting with clients at this time unless it is absolutely necessary. We will not see any walk in clients without an appointment. We are making all efforts to speak with clients and work on their cases remotely or at our office.

2. When and how can I contact you?

You can email anytime at the address listed above. I will return your email when I can provide the answers to your questions. You can also call to speak with me at 301-441-2022 x 545. If I don’t answer, you can leave a message and I will return your call when I am able.

3. What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?

Zoom. Please call or email to set this up if it is necessary to help you with your case.

4. Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. We have signed up multiple new clients electronically by sending the required documents over email. All you need is a computer, smartphone or tablet.

5. How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?

Email or call. We are working every day and will provide responses to your questions.

6. Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?

The courts in different jurisdictions have different rules for different types of cases. Call or email regarding your case and your hearing as the cases are being scheduled as quickly as possible in this difficult time.

7. Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
