Paul D. Celano was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Paul attended the University of Maryland College Park graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Paul then went on to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law earning his Juris Doctor. During law school Paul was a law clerk at Foran & Foran, P.A.
Paul also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University Kogod School of Business.
After being sworn into the Maryland Bar, Paul accepted a position as a trial attorney with a large national automobile insurance company. During that time, he regularly appeared in Maryland District Courts and Circuit Courts throughout many counties including Prince George’s, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Charles.
In 2022 Paul once again joined the team at Foran & Foran, P.A. Paul opted to switch from defense work to focus solely on helping people injured in accidents.
Paul has tried hundreds of personal injury cases in Maryland courts and has conducted numerous hearings in front of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.
